STEP 1: IF YOUR HAIR IS NOT ALREADY WET POST-SHAMPOO, WET IT WITH WARM WATER.
STEP 2: APPLY THE CONDITIONER JUST BELOW YOUR ROOTS.
"It's very important to hold the hair if you have long hair—almost like a tail—and apply the conditioner directly to your hair, avoiding the scalp," Frédéric advises on how to condition your hair properly.
Tip: A lightweight conditioner like our Brilliant Gloss Conditioner will help detangle and hydrate.
Then comb through adding a bit of water to ensure the conditioner is sliding through your hair. Comb from roots-to ends-to avoid damage.
STEP 3: LET YOUR CONDITIONER SOAK IN.
Tip: longer hair is usually drier and needs extra care.
STEP FOUR: RINSE YOUR HAIR WITH COLD WATER.
"You add a cold rinse at the end to make sure you get rid of all the residue of the conditioner, " Frédéric instructs. "The cold water will seal the hair shaft and make your hair so shiny."
